1. Copyright
Copyright in the Website and all materials on it, including but not limited to text, photographs, images, software, music, audio and video clips, and any other copyrighted materials (collectively, “Content”) are owned and legally used by the Company (collectively, the “Author”).
Copying, publicly transmitting, distributing, modifying, deleting, or copying the Content (collectively, “Use”) without the permission of the Author is prohibited under Vietnamese law and other international treaties.

1. Collection of personal information
We will collect Customer information including: Full name; Contact address; Email; Phone number; Login name; Login password to set up a personal profile. The content includes mandatory information declared by Customers when registering an account on VietSeeds;
The purpose of collecting personal information of Customers is to provide the most practical utilities to Customers, protect the rights and ensure respect for the privacy of Customers. Within the scope of the terms, we commit not to sell, rent or exchange the collected Customer information data to any other subjects other than those listed in this Regulation.
This information will be encrypted on a secure system. Once a student, the customer will be added to a list to receive news, special offers or occasional promotions from us.
2. Use of personal information
When requesting personal information, we want to provide the most practical services to customers. We respect privacy and will not sell, rent or exchange customers' names and personal information with organizations other than those listed in this clause.
Information collected from Customers is used within the scope of:
- Provide consulting services to Customers based on information provided by Customers;
- Send Customers notifications about information exchange activities between VietSeeds and members;
- Ensure Customer safety when there is a risk of destruction, appropriation of Customer accounts and Customer impersonation activities;
- Contact Customers to provide goods/services when Customers purchase goods/services on the platform. Confirm information when performing purchase and delivery activities;
- Conduct surveys; promotional activities, provide updated information on the terms of operation of the Floor that affect Customers;
Customer information security is VietSeeds' top priority when collecting Customer information data. VietSeeds always tries to keep up with the standards of protecting customers' personal information;
We require re-confirmation of password when logging in to prevent unauthorized access to the Customer's personal information system. In case the Customer leaves the computer and has not logged out of the website, the system will automatically log out after a period of time.
3. Time and location of information storage
- We will store information collected from Customers from the time the Customer declares information until the Customer's account is deactivated.
- In case the Customer has a cancellation request sent to the Exchange Management Board, the Customer's information will be processed and deleted from the system after 03 days from the time the Customer has the request.

4. Method/Way for Customers to modify personal information on the data system
Customers can check, update, adjust or cancel their personal information in the following ways:
- Customers log into their accounts, go to personal information and edit personal information;
- Customers call the Company's support phone number/support email and request to edit personal information.
5. COMMITMENT TO PROTECTING CUSTOMER INFORMATION
5.1. Personal customer information protection policy
We are committed to protecting the personal information of our customers according to the following contents:
- Commit to absolute confidentiality according to VietSeeds' personal information protection policy;
- Commit to absolute confidentiality of all online transaction information of Customers including information on transaction history; information on digital documents in the secure central data area;
- Commit not to use, transfer, provide or disclose to any third party any personal information of the Customer without the Customer's permission, except for other terms specified in this Regulation and as prescribed by law;
- In case of technical errors or data attacks, the Floor Administration is responsible for notifying the authorities and Customers within 03 days from the incident.
5.2 Payment information protection policy
We are committed to ensuring strict implementation of necessary security measures for all payment activities conducted on the VietSeeds e-commerce trading floor.
Payment transaction policy using international and domestic cards (internet banking) ensures compliance with the security standards of Payment Gateway Partners (Onepay) including:
- Customer's financial information will be protected during the transaction using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
- Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification provided by Trustwave.
- One-time passwords (OTPs) are sent via SMS to ensure authenticated account access.
- MD5 128 bit encryption standard.
- Principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance sector as prescribed by the State Bank of Vietnam.
- VietSeeds' payment transaction security policy applies to Customers:
- We only store the encrypted string provided by the Payment Gateway Partner, not directly store customer card information. The security of Customer payment card information is performed by the licensed Payment Gateway Partner.
- For international cards: Customer's payment card information that can be used to establish transactions is not stored on our system. Payment Gateway Partner will store and secure it.
- For domestic cards (internet banking), we only store the order code, transaction code and bank name.
6. INFORMATION SHARING OBJECTS
- We may share and disclose Customer's personal information when we believe that doing so is necessary to protect Customer's rights, ensure transaction security for Customer and at the request of an authorized third party.
- We may share Customer's personal information with the group of Companies in Topica Education Technology Group to research and introduce to Customers better products and services for each individual Customer. In case the Customer does not want to share information, we completely agree when receiving a request from the Customer.
- We may disclose personal information of customers at the request of lawyers as well as competent authorities.
- If VietSeeds is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on VietSeeds's website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information, to any other third party with your consent.
- We and our partners use Cookies to remember customer information when you visit the website. Cookies are pieces of information that the website stores in the customer's computer browser or hard drive when the customer visits any website.
- We use third-party tracking services to track the behavior of visitors to our website. However, we have no access to or control over their Cookies. The information we collect through third-party tracking is completely anonymous and is used to improve our services and marketing effectiveness.
Like most websites, we automatically collect information and store it in log files. This information includes Internet addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider, incoming and outgoing pages, operating system, dates and times, and clickstream information. We use this information to understand and analyze trends, to administer the site, and to research customer behavior, and to gather personal information about users.
